Zaha Hadid

About Zaha Hadid
Zaha Hadid is an Iraqi-British architect. She won several international prices, including the Prtizker Architecture Prize in 2004 and the Stirling Prize in 2010 and again in 2011. She is currently a professor at the University of Applied Arts Vienna in Vienna, Austria.

She designed in 2007 the distinguished black panel tiles on the left in 2007 for the Iznik Foundation.

Her buildings are distinctively neofuturistic. Zaha has also undertaken some high-profile interior work, including the Mind Zone at the Millenium Dome in London. In 2009 she worked with the clothing brand Lacoste to create a high fashion boot. In 2007 Zaha Hadid designed the Moon System Sofa for Italian furniture manufacturer B&B Italia.
